韋格納變換是一個可以將薛丁格方程的解轉換到動力傳輸方程的解的強大方
法，而逆韋格納變換則可以完成反方向的部分。
在這篇論文中，我們討論這兩個方程在環面上的現象。
Wigner transform is a powerful tool that can transform the solution of the Schrödinger
equation into the solution of the kinetic transport equation, and the inverse Wigner trans-
form can do the other direction.
In this paper, we discuss the estimates for the solution of both equations on the torus.
