本文的撰寫者，透過身為研究生的學習機會，在竹師這個場域，重新經歷了”過去”與”現在”在生命交疊的作用。這過程中，有痛苦、絕望、憤怒及流淚的激動心情；亦有欣喜、勇敢、積極與努力的實踐行動。

經過了五年的學習生涯，透過一種影像般式的處理方式，重新回顧生命中重要的畫面。沉澱後的心情，回首過往，有種重新理解的認識，更因為這樣的理解讓曾有的傷痛成為自己生命昂首的能量，與身邊的人形成貼近而支持的關係。
拉開距離的反省，有了另一番面貌；時間的洗鍊，讓生命重新發光。不用責備的角度看待事情，落於大結構中理解個體處境，也因此畫面的呈現不再爆裂，反而有種大雨後清爽舒適的自在。

透過文本，希望在自然流動的畫面中，與閱聽者的生命交織出另一番不同的風貌，也藉此相互鼓勵與照看。

As the author of this essay, I have re-experienced the moments interlaced by “past “ and “ now”while completing the projects . There were not only suffering , desperation, tears, sentiments but delight, courage, efforts and positive practice.

Five-year learning has come to the end. I would like to recall important parts of my life through images. The speculation of recalling all the things gives me recognition, which smoothens the grief, becomes the energy to march forward, connects people and their supports around me more closely .

Everything has a new appearance when it reflects from a distance. Life is so inspired and rinsed time after time. I finally undesrtand what I’ve been going through during specific moments by a wider eyesight, instead of complaining and accusing. No more explosion, the film presents fresh and relief as being rinsed by rain .

Through the images flowing out, hopefully, the film can interact with its audience and create a different feature, by which we can encourage and reflect each other as well.
