This thesis investigates the computation of sheaf cohomology for certain line bundles on the blow-up of projective spaces. We derive explicit formulas for the cohomology groups in each degree and analyze the asymptotic behavior of the original cohomology function as it tends to infinity in various directions. These results offer a detailed understanding of how blow ups affect the cohomology of line bundles and provide a foundation for further study in birational geometry and related areas.
