本研究旨在探討2008年金融危機時所萌生個人創業及其後一路跌跌撞撞的創業歷程。特別以鴻景國際企業有限公司作為個案進行研究,通過對該公司自成立以來的經營歷程的詳細分析,本文探討了公司在不斷變化的市場條件下的策略調整、挑戰應對和創新路徑。
研究結果表明,鴻景國際在其發展過程中經歷了多次業務轉型,從最初的LED驅動電源製造到後來的3D金屬列印和塑膠射出領域的拓展等。公司通過實施技術創新和多角化經營策略,成功應對了金融危機帶來的市場縮減和就業挑戰,但同時也面臨了資源配置、市場競爭加劇和產品同質化等問題。通過優化供應鏈管理、加強客戶關係和不斷技術創新,公司保持了競爭優勢,也成功擴展了業務範圍並提高了市場適應性。

This study aims to explore how individual entrepreneurship responded to economic uncertainty and job market turbulence during the 2008 financial crisis and subsequent economic recovery. In particular, Hongjing International Enterprise Co., Ltd. is used as a case study. Through a detailed analysis of the company's business history since its establishment, this article explores the company's strategic adjustments, challenge responses, and innovation paths under changing market conditions.
The findings of this study demonstrate that Hong Jing International has undergone several business transformations throughout its development, evolving from initial manufacturing of LED drivers to later expansion into 3D metal printing and plastic injection fields. By implementing technology innovation and diversification strategies, the company successfully addressed the market contractions and employment challenges brought on by the financial crisis. However, it also faced issues such as resource allocation, intensified market competition, and product homogenization. Through optimizing supply chain management, strengthening customer relationships, and continuous technological innovation, the company maintained a competitive edge, successfully expanded its business scope, and enhanced its market adaptability.
This research provides profound insights into entrepreneurship and sustainable business growth during economic crises. For entrepreneurs and managers with similar backgrounds, the case of Hong Jing International underscores the importance of flexible market strategies, technological innovation, and the potential benefits and risks of diversification. Facing future market changes and economic conditions, the company needs to continue strengthening product differentiation, exploring new markets, and deepening relationships with customers to foster long-term stable growth.
