綠色產品的開發會因為內部或外部的多種驅動因子而形成不同策略上的作法,這影響到後續對整個產品生命週期的資源投入,綠色設計程度之認可與綠色供應鏈的參與合作狀況等。而綠色產品開發的過程也需要配合投入認可以及參與度,確保最終產品符合規劃與設計目標。
本研究提出一考量綠色供應鏈之產品開發模式,以此模式為基礎由個案探討的方式對於資訊通訊業的個案做研究,以整個綠色供應鏈的觀點去了解綠色產品的設計是如何考量內部及外部驅動因子,也就是如何對產品本身之生命週期以及其供應鏈成員之考量,納入綠色設計的過程,使得最終產品在環境面與市場面能達到預期的表現。
本研究之模式從綠色產品策略、資源投入、綠色產品開發流程三方面,針對考量綠色供應鏈之產品開發流程做架構上的呈現,並加上案例的實務作法,期望作為產品開發之參考模式。
There are different strategies to develop green products due to various internal and external drivers, and this will affect the follow-up allocation of resources to the whole product life cycle, the degree of green design and level of participation in collaboration on green supply chain. Moreover, the quality of products should be guaranteed to meet the green design objective with the use of the green product development process.
This study proposes a product development model for green supply chain, with a reference to a case study of ICT products. In the view of whole green products development process, this study tried to understand how the green supply chain influences the design of green products. Specifically, this study investigates how and to what extent the designers of green products take life cycle and the supply chain views into consideration during the design process and thus enable final products to meet the expectations of environment and market concerns.
The content of the model derived in this study is constructed of three aspects, green product strategy, resource input, and green product development process. The study presents a structural process of product development for green supply chain which is supported by the case studies of local ICT industries. We expect the model to provide a reference and practice guide for green product development.
