本創作論述試圖梳理生活中那些長期困擾我的內心狀態，我以創作為出口，紓解那些深藏於內心深處、卻時刻渴望突破身體與心理的思緒，透過這段創作與論述的過程，希望能直面自我，並突破那些禁制的狀態。而作品的部分以拼貼形式來呈現自己生活中的困窘狀態，並選用了兩個相同的圖案，以截然不同的方式進行處理，藉由圖像的重複與對比，以此呈現處在極端點的狀態，在並矛盾之中探尋平衡的可能性。

本論文分為五個章節，第一章「緒論」，包含了研究動機與目的，研究內容與方法，尋找創作對自我療癒的可能性。第二章「躍入自己的深潭」，透過文學與理論的相關學理脈絡進行析理，探討作家、詩人為何總關注在自我之上，以及藝術與憂鬱之間的關聯性。第三章「漂浮中盼尋」敘明作品形式與媒材選擇原因，以及相關藝術家如何使用拼貼作為其創作元素，並說明研究所階段時的作品製作程序。第四章「攀附於心」將分析我兩個系列的作品內容與形式說明，與創作歷程上的轉變。第五章「結論」整理研究所的創作心境，並總結本論文的創作經驗。

This thesis aims to analyze the inner emotional states that have long troubled me. I use creation as an outlet to alleviate thoughts that are deeply hidden within, yet constantly yearning to break free from the constraints of both body and mind. Through the process of creation and writing, I hope to confront myself directly and transcend those restrictive states. The artwork is presented in a collage format to depict the struggles in my life. Two identical patterns are treated in entirely different ways, using image repetition and contrast to represent an extreme state, exploring the possibility of balance within contradiction.

The thesis including five chapters. The first Chapter, "Introduction," includes the motivation and purpose of the study, research content and methods, and seeks to explore the potential of creation as a form of self-healing. The second chapter, "Diving into my Own Abyss," examines relevant literary and theoretical frameworks, exploring why writers and poets are often focused on the self, as well as the connection between art and depression. The third chapter, "Floating in search of something" discusses the reasons behind the choice of form and materials in the artwork, how other artists use collage as a creative element, and the process of creating the work during the research phase. The fourth chapter, "Clinging to the Heart," analyzes the content and form of two series of my works and the transformations in the creative process. The fifth chapter, "Conclusion," summarizes the creative mindset during the research phase and concludes the creative experience presented in this thesis.
