摘要
本論文為2000~2006彈性布系列作品的回顧整理，作品中持續關心的是人與環
境的互動。描述方式為抽取作品中重要的元素：材料、空間、隱喻與想像，並且分析各元素在作品中的展現與各元素之間的關係。在論文中藉由分析作品視覺上的重複以及創作行為的重複，進而發現我經歷的心理改變竟與作品的發展同步進行。在作品中佔有重要地位的空間，可以透過作品反應環境並與其對話；面對空間對人們行為的規範，作品可以扮演打破規律的角色；以圖書館的作品為例討論空間的私密性與公共性。解讀空間的方式還受到後結構主義的啟示，將空間的缺點視為優點加以發揮。我將自己的社會觀投射在空間與作品的關係上，投射的過程運用的是隱喻的觀念。然而隱喻的過程充滿想像，想像力透過作品讓隱喻具現。希望透過創作，將隱喻以視覺呈現出來，並且希望把創作過程中生活經驗與視覺表達之間的轉換，用走出工作室的方式，與更多人分享，讓作品走出展覽機制，滲透到正式展場難以觸及的地方。

Abstract
This thesis is a retrospection of my art works from 2000 to 2006. I analyzed the important factors: material, space, metaphor, and ideas of my works, to demonstrate their relationships, observing the creative behavior, and thinking over the interaction between people and environment to establish the centre concept of my art work. Observing the repetition of art form, I found an intimate relation between art and mental state, and underwent a similar process in art making. Moreover, I found, from observing space, our routine behavior can be regulated by spacial difference . In my work, art work plays a role of interrupter to break the rules made by space. Take the art work in the library, for example, I discussed the notion of mutal benefit and privacy in public. Inspired by Post-Structuralism, I reversed the established meaning of a good exhibition space, and used it's disadvantageous characters to reveal its limits. I used art works to conceptualize my views of society, and projected my life experience through metaphor, to excercise my imagination, and to reveal it through metaphor. Hoping that, through my art works I can share with more people by means of installing my works in places that's different from formal exhibition space.
