本研究乃探討教師參與直笛團對國小直笛教學之推展研究，進而達到教學的具體成效，並根據問卷結果做出結論並提出建議，以供給教育行政單位、國小音樂老師、推廣直笛教學之專家學者作參考。
爲達研究目的，本研究透過自編之「台灣地區參加教師直笛團之國民小學教師」問卷調查，並以九十五學年度的全國20個教師直笛團體為對象，發下319份問卷，邀請參加教師直笛團的國小老師填寫，再用SPSS for Window 10.0版套裝軟體程式處理本研究資料，以及實地去北區、中區、南區得全國音樂比賽場地去訪問連續三年獲得優等的國小直笛團指導老師，或以電話訪問國小直笛團指導老師，得到以下結論：
一、教師因為教學需要而參加教師直笛團；
二、教師因參加教師直笛團更能學習到直笛教學技巧；
三、教師因參加教師直笛團能夠學以致用。

Abstract

This study is mainly explored the participation of teachers in recorder band to the promotion of recorder pedagogy in elementary schools, and then further to achieve the specific result of teaching. In addition, conclusion that made from the outcome of questionnaire survey and the proposed suggestion will be provided as reference to the administrative education authority, musical teachers of elementary schools, and specialists and scholars in promoting the recorder pedagogy.

In order to achieve the research objective, this study is adopted the self-edited questionnaire which titled: “Elementary Teachers who Participated in Teachers’ Recorder Bands in Taiwan Region”, and used 20 teachers’ recorder bands nationwide in school year 2006 as the research object to distribute 319 questionnaires as well as invited the elementary school teachers who participated in teachers’ recorder band to fill in. Moreover, applied the package software, SPSS for Window 10.0, to cope with the collected data and information of this study, and conducted the field interviews with the instructing teachers of recorder bands in elementary schools who obtained excellent evaluation 3 years consecutively at the northern, central and southern areas that held the national music competition, or interviewed with the instructing teachers of recorder bands in elementary schools with phone, and then the conclusions that this study obtained are as follows:
1. Teachers participated in teachers’ recorder band according to the requirement of pedagogy;
2. Teachers will be learned more and skillful techniques since they participated in teachers’ recorder band;
3. Teachers are able to put into practice for what they have been learned since they participated in teachers’ recorder band.
