標準IC產品的市場競爭激烈,產品生命週期短,故標準IC設計公司必須主動掌握市場脈動,提早做產品規劃與生產準備。在推出具有競爭力的產品的同時,也要能夠提供足夠的成品存貨以利下游業者能即時採用,而增加本身的市場佔有率。因此,標準IC設計公司需要一個生產規劃系統來幫助產品規劃與生產準備的進行。
本研究針對標準IC設計公司的產品特性及外包生產活動,提出一個生產規劃系統。這個系統可以在各代工廠的產能限制下,計算出各代工廠的理想投料及產出時間表,即生產計劃。生管部門可依此做為產銷協調的參考。另外,系統亦提供產品的可承諾數量時間表,以供客戶查詢。
此生產規劃系統透過需求計劃、供給計劃、產銷協調與計算可承諾數量(Available-To-Promise, ATP)等四個階段的計算,將相關的市場銷售計劃、產品結構和庫存品等資訊整合,以計算出生產計劃及產品的可承諾數量時間表。在需求計劃裡,本研究構建一個LP模式來處理IC產品分級的特性;在供給計劃裡,本研究應用Hackman與Leachman的"General Framework"來構建一個混合型整數規劃(Mixed Integer Programming, MIP)模型以處理多代工廠的整合生產分派與排程。然後再以LINDO來計算這些數學模型。
