電泳流(Electro-osmotic flow, EOF),在近幾年來引起很大的研究興趣,相較於過去使用直流電電泳(DC-EOF)來驅動流體方式,近十年來才開始發展的交流電泳流(AC-EOF),因為是使用交流電,相對於直流要變換流速只能改變電壓,交流電還有一項頻率的控制因素可以改變。但是因為交流電電泳研究起步較晚,目前還沒有一套理論可以完整描述其現象,造成實驗量測和數值模擬的結果無法完全吻合。本研究目的在建立一個數值模型,用來預測並正確計算交流電泳在不同電壓,頻率,電解液濃度情況時的滑移速度(Slipping Velocity ),以及相對應的電容比(λ)。
