記憶體產業曾經是台灣的兆元產業，但是經過20年的演變(1995-2015)，已經沒有任何台灣廠商身處主流製造商中，目前只剩下NAND記憶體控制IC還佔有一席之地，面對中國大陸市場崛起，全力發展本土IC設計，台灣NAND控制IC設計公司今後將何去何從? 本論文主要是對台灣記憶體產業做一番回顧與展望，並思考台灣NAND 控制IC設計業的策略與未來。
本研究係以學者之創新六大策略為基礎–能力、定位、簡則、整合、開放、賦名，六項關鍵的創新思維，將內功心法和外功招式，運用在實務，從台灣NAND控制IC的核心能力、麥克.波特產業五力架構和產業核心價值出發，善用合縱連橫的整合優勢、轉益多師的開放態度和施教揚聲的赋名策略，讓願景和目標可以延續，創造台灣NAND控制IC設計業的新藍海，追求國家、社會、產業、經營階層、股東、員工之最大權益。

The memory industry used to be Taiwan's trillion industry, but after 20 years of evolution (1995-2015), there is no Taiwanese manufacturers during mainstream manufacturers, currently only NAND memory controller IC still has a place. But face the rise of the Chinese mainland market and then full support the development of the local IC design house. The company of Taiwan NAND controller IC design house will go from here? This paper is mainly to Taiwan memory industry to do some review and outlook, and thinks the strategy and future of Taiwan NAND controller IC design industry.
In this study, the department of innovation strategy is based on scholar’s six innovation strategies - Ability, Position, Simple Rule, Integration, Open and Framing, these six key innovative thinking, the internal strength and external work used in practice, think the core

Porter's five forces industry structure and industrial core values starting, use of vertical and horizontal integration advantages, turn benefits and more openness and teaching division of framing strategy, vision and goals can make continue to create a new blue ocean for Taiwan NAND controller IC design industry, to pursue the best interests of national, social, industrial, management echelon, shareholders and employees.
