  • 本研究探討教練能力與信任教練對團隊凝聚力的影響,採用問卷調查法,以大專排球聯賽之第一、二級運動員為主要研究對象,包含22個排球隊伍,共發出276份問卷。研究工具以教練能力量表、信任教練量表及團隊凝聚力量表為測量工具。資料收集後以描述性統計、皮爾森積差相關及多元迴歸進行統計分析。研究結果:一、教練能力能夠顯著預測團隊凝聚力,而其中策略能力能顯著預測社會凝聚力,策略能力、動機能力能夠顯著預測工作凝聚力。二、信任教練能夠顯著預測團隊凝聚力及個別構面。三、教練能力與信任教練同時對團隊凝聚力的預測,以教練能力較能預測團隊凝聚力。本研究建議:教練希望團隊成員相互關心、相處融洽緊密,有較高的社會凝聚力,需提高自我的策略能力,可透過進修管道、參加增能課程及觀摩比賽,並與其他教練交流等方式,並注重策略的下達是否符合團隊的實際狀況。教練希望團隊合作緊密,認同工作目標並努力達成,意即提高團隊的工作凝聚力,除了提高策略能力之外,也必須提高動機能力。可透過參加心理技巧的培訓課程,以及研讀鼓舞信心的相關書籍,了解成員的個別狀況來展現個人的動機能力。


    The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of coaching competency and athletes’ trust in the coach on the cohesion in the realm of team sport. This quantitative research was conducted via self-structured five-point scale based questionnaire of forty-one rating questions. The first and second ranked athletes of University Volleyball League were the main object of study, which includes twenty-two volleyball team. A total of 276 copies delivered and received. The research instruments were coaching competency inventory, athletes’ trust in the coach inventory, and team cohesion inventory. Data were managed and analyzed using descriptive statistics, Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient and linear regression. Results: (1) Coaching competency can significantly predict team cohesion. Among all capabilities, strategic competence can especially predict coach’s ability of social cohesion. Also, strategic competence and motivation enhancement can especially predict the ability of task cohesion. (2) Athletes’ trust in the coach can significantly predict team cohesion in both dimension, task cohesion and social cohesion. (3) Comparing the prediction via coaching competency and via athletes’ trust in the coach, it’s more valid to predict the team cohesion with coaching competency. According to the results of this study, I propose the following:
    To have stronger social cohesion among players, coaches could employ the usage of training courses, empowering courses and game observation. Other than these, exchanging of ideas and information with other coaches and paying attention to the execution of instruction being passed can benefit the team as a whole.
    To have stronger task cohesion, coaches could improve their strategic competence and motivation enhancing ability via the access of training courses about mental skills and reading relative books to understand athletes’ condition individually in order to get a grip on what intrinsic and extrinsic factors help motivate a player.
