本研究是以供應鏈系統為主要的模擬分析對象,提出一階層式結構性方法論,運用物件導向概念構建供應鏈模擬器,透過模擬分析來評估供應鏈系統績效。不同於以往學者對於供應鏈提出各種不同的定義和分析角度,本方法論以1996年供應鏈協會(Supply Chain Council,SCC)所發展之供應鏈作業參考模式(Supply Chain Operations Reference Model,SCOR Model)為基礎,具體論述供應鏈模擬設計之方法與步驟,並以供應鏈個案為例,實作此供應鏈模擬設計之概念和方法論。
在方法論架構之設計上,共區分為三階段。第一階段供應鏈模擬模式架構設計(SCOR-based Supply Chain Simulation Modeling Framework Design),透過以SCOR為基的供應鏈作業模式分析完整供應鏈模擬模式所必須涵蓋的組成元素,用以定義模擬模式架構的各項基本元素,並設計出供應鏈模擬模式的物件。第二階段供應鏈流程定義(SCOR-based Supply Chain Process Definition),說明如何以SCOR為基定義供應鏈流程,在不同策略的供應鏈執行流程下,提出規劃層級模組化之概念;而在存貨式生產(Make-to-Stock)和訂單式生產(Make-to-Order)的供應鏈存貨策略下,並設計出涵蓋規劃和執行層的流程設計結構,透過步驟的方式說明供應鏈流程定義之方法,以完整的定義出符合各種供應鏈策略下的流程相互關連定義。第三階段供應鏈模擬物件設計與實作(SCOR-based Supply Chain Simulation Object Design),是利用物件導向分析和設計的方法,以第二階段的供應鏈流程定義結果為基礎,針對SCOR Level 3的流程元素,設計每一個供應鏈作業元素的模擬物件,其後再以SCOR 的階層式參考模式,建構出以SCOR為基之不同階層的模擬物件。
本研究以供應鏈模擬設計為主軸,透過SCOR為基礎的供應鏈流程,發展在供應鏈流程定義下的供應鏈模擬工具之設計方法論,並以物件導向分析和設計的發展程序,架構供應鏈模擬模式的組成元件,最後以eM-Plant為物件導向模擬軟體之構建工具以進行方法論之實作。
