近年來發光二極體的效能不斷提昇,以白光發光二極體的發光效率而言,已突破150 lm/W,超越了目前普及的日光燈管,因此就節約能源的方向而言,白光發光二極體將是一個未來的理想照明產品。
本論文將利用遠端螢光粉層之發光二極體的封裝型式,進行可替換式螢光粉層測試,以期加快螢光粉型發光二極體的測試時間以及減少測試階段所花費的成本。此外本文將探討遠端螢光粉層之發光二極體封裝型式中,螢光粉層的厚度、濃度對於混光效果的影響,並將混光結果套用文獻中的預測公式以期達到預測混光結果的目的,本論文亦進行遠端圖形化螢光粉層的設計及驗證,以期改善發光二極體的亮度在空間中分佈的均勻性,並達到提昇外部取光效率的效果。
