本研究之目的主要在探討正常人與足底筋膜炎患者在不同走路速度下之分析。參與者為5位健康正常者與5位足底筋膜炎患者,利用FDM-S跑步機進行實驗,以三種不同走路速度;80%舒適走速、100%舒適走速120%舒適走速,收取受試者足底壓力相關參數,以Mann-Whitney U 檢定,比較兩者之間的差異,統計水準定為α=.05。研究結果顯示:一、兩組於三種不同行走速度下,三足區最大足底壓力皆無顯著差異。二、兩組於三種不同行走速度下,除在80%走速於七足區前足內側左達顯著差異(足底筋膜炎組>正常人組),其他區之最大足底壓力,皆無顯著差異。三、在80%走速,利用三足區前足左除以三足區足跟左,當數值高於平均數1.20以上,罹患足底筋膜炎機率就越高。不同走速下,利用七足區前足內側左除以三足區足跟左、前足內部左除以三足區足跟左,以及前足外側左除以三足區足跟左,當數值平均高於0.8時,罹患足底筋膜炎機率就越高。本研究結論與建議:研究結果雖無明顯差異,但患者已經受傷還是要多休息,若要運動,須適時穿戴輔具,減少前足壓力,避免產生新的足部病變。
The purpose of this study was to investigate the analysis of normal people and patients with plantar fasciitis at different walking speeds. Participants were 5 healthy normal and 5 patients with plantar fasciitis, using the FDM-S treadmill for three different walking speeds; 80% comfortable walking speed, 100% comfortable walking speed 120% comfortable walking speed, The parameters related to the plantar pressure of the subjects were collected and the Mann-Whitney U test was used to compare the differences between the two. The statistical level was determined as α=.05. The results showed that: First, the two groups had no significant difference in maximum foot pressure in the three-legged area at three different walking speeds. 2. At the three different walking speeds, there was no significant difference in the maximum plantar pressure in the other regions except for the 80% speed in the left foot of the forefoot. The left foot was significantly different (the plantar fasciitis group > normal group). . Third, at 80% speed, use the left foot of the three-legged area to divide by the left foot of the three-legged area. When the value is above the average of 1.20, the probability of suffering from plantar fasciitis is higher. Under different walking speeds, use the left foot of the forefoot to divide the left side of the forefoot into the left foot, the left foot of the forefoot, the left side of the forefoot, and the left foot of the forefoot, and the left side of the forefoot divided by the left foot of the three-legged area. At 0.8, the likelihood of developing plantar fasciitis is higher. Conclusions and recommendations of this study: Although there is no significant difference in the results of the study, patients still have to rest more if they are injured. If you want to exercise, you should wear auxiliary equipment at the right time to reduce the pressure on the forefoot and avoid new foot lesions.
