中國大陸改革開放近40年以來，中國大陸、香港、台灣以及全世界的經濟情況都經歷了巨大的變化。每個階段都有其特有的經濟政策及特征。而任何一個國家或地區的經濟轉換過程中，往往機遇與挑戰並存。
論文著重介紹臺灣、香港以及中國大陸個體的經濟政策環境發展歷史，並對臺商投資大陸以及港商投資大陸的貿易政策和歷史階段進行了梳理。同時論文從我自身作為企業管理者的角度，記敘了作為歷史參與者在不同的經濟政策環境下抓取有利機會拓展外貿業務的經歷。論文最後結合全球貿易發展形勢對臺灣大陸貿易情況進行了展望。除金融服務業、批發零售服務業外，醫療服務、醫療旅遊、養老產業會是臺灣具備比較優勢的輸出力量。在未來較長一段時間內，臺灣和中國大陸各自的比較優勢存在互補關係，加上兩岸經貿往來日益加深，臺灣對中國大陸的貿易依存度不斷增加，這一趨勢仍會繼續下去，所以中國大陸成為臺灣產業向外轉移的首選地。

From the Reform and Opening up of mainland China, the economic conditions of China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and even the world have all experienced tremendous changes. Each stage has its own unique economic policies and characteristics. In the process of economic transformation in any country or region, opportunities and challenges often coexist.
The paper focuses on the economic policy development in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and mainland China, and sorts out the trade policies and historical stages. At the same time, from the perspective of myself as a corporate manager, this paper described the experience of being a historical participant in grasping favorable opportunities and developing foreign trade business under different economic policy environments. At the end of this paper, the prospects of trade between Taiwan and mainland China were viewed combined with the global trade situation. Totally speaking, medical services, medical tourism, and pension industry will be Taiwan’s output forces with comparative advantages. In the long run, the complementary advantages of Taiwan region and mainland China, coupled with the deepening of cross-strait economic and trade exchanges, will increase Taiwan’s trade dependence with the mainland China, and this trend will continue.
