本文研究之目的係要以有限元素法分析含穿孔缺陷之三維均向線性厚板,在無窮遠處承受單軸應力,討論板之厚度與穿孔尺寸在不同比例下,對於應力集中及塑性區域發展情況的影響。
吾人先以含圓孔之均向線性厚板,採用solid95元素,在無窮遠處承受單軸拉伸應力,先就在彈性範圍內以『ANSYS』模擬之結果與理論解做比較。比較結果,模擬值與理論值相當符合。板厚與半徑的比值越大,則由厚板中心至厚板表面的應力集中因子落差越大,本文更進一步探討材料的蒲松比 Poisson’s ratio ,對於塑性區域發展的影響,獲得以下結論:當蒲松比越大時,塑性行為起始點越靠近厚板中心。在蒲松比固定的條件下,材料厚板中心和厚板表面之塑性區域發展亦有所差異。
