  • 人類需求是科技進步的根本,推動著技術不斷創新。然而,隨著技術快速發展,無線產品已經成為紅海市場。無線抗干擾的測試目的在驗證產品穩定性和功能正常運作,為確保產品品質,必須具備有效地的測試方法與儀器,若使用試誤法找尋最佳驗證手法,其成本常高達數百萬台幣且耗時。因此,有效使用資源與設備,提高效率將大幅降低成本,進而提升公司利潤。
    本研究以某消費性品牌廠廠為例,研究2.4GHz無線耳機在使用過程中可能面臨的干擾問題。干擾會影響音質和連接穩定性。本研究先透過特性要因分析圖與使用者情境發想找出潛在的影響因子,再透過田口方法中的靜態參數設計方法作為研究架構,規劃實驗並收集相關實驗數據,進而找出重要因子及最佳參數值,此外,通過調整因子找到有效的驗證測試手法。
    結合最佳參數設定,證實驗結果顯示:媒體模式、頻道的利用率、頻道的強度皆有顯著的關係,並使用田口方法得到的最佳參數設定,能使客退率降低至0.7%以下,消費者整體滿意度達到4.2分。這項研究可為無線耳機產品質量控制提供有價值的參考,並可為進一步研究各參數提供新的思路。


    Human demand is the foundation of technological progress, driving constant innovation. However, with rapid technological development, wireless products have become a highly competitive market. The purpose of wireless anti-interference testing is to verify product stability and normal functionality. To ensure product quality, effective testing methods and instruments are essential. Using trial and error to find the best verification technique can cost millions of NT dollars and be time-consuming. Therefore, efficient use of resources and equipment can significantly reduce costs and increase company profits.
    This study uses a consumer brand manufacturer as an example to investigate potential interference issues in 2.4GHz wireless headsets during user using environment. Interference can affect sound quality and connection stability. The research first identifies potential influencing factors through characteristic cause-and-effect diagrams and user scenario ideation. It then uses the static parameter design method from the Taguchi method as a research framework to plan experiments and collect relevant data, thereby identifying important factors and optimal parameter values. Additionally, it finds effective verification testing techniques by adjusting factors.
    Combining the optimal parameter settings, the experimental results confirm that media mode, channel utilization, and channel strength all have significant relationships. Using the optimal parameter settings obtained through the Taguchi method can reduce the customer return rate to below 0.7% and achieve an overall consumer satisfaction score of 4.2 which is out of 5. This research provides valuable reference for wireless headset product quality control and offers new perspectives for further parameter research.
