目的:本研究旨在探討瑜珈運動介入對懷孕婦女於妊娠期間及產後生理之影響。方法:以 34 位第三孕期婦女經醫師評估健康狀況良好者為研究對象,分別為:實驗組平均年齡為 31.2±3.69 歲、身高為 162.67±4.94 公分與體重為54.25±5.57 公斤;對照組平均年齡為 30.84±3.40 歲、身高為 159.84±2.24公分與體重為 53.63±6.73 公分。實驗組進行每週 3 次每次 60 分鐘為期 12 週的瑜珈運動,對照組以正常生活模式進行。以單因子共變數分析及獨立樣本t檢定來考驗,經由瑜珈運動介入妊娠期間對婦女體重控制、骨盤底肌肉收縮、產程進展、新生兒健康、孕期不適和睡眠品質之影響。結果:(一)瑜珈運動介入妊娠期間對婦女體重上升,達顯著抑制效果 (p<.05)。(二)經由瑜珈運動介入妊娠期間能提升婦女產後骨盤底肌肉收縮力(p<.05)。(三)經由瑜珈運動介入妊娠期間能提升婦女產程進展速度 (p<.05)。(四)瑜珈運動介入妊娠期間對新生兒健康不會造成影響 (p>.05)。(五)經由瑜珈運動介入妊娠期間能降低婦女孕期不適 (p<.05)。(六)經由瑜珈運動介入妊娠期間能提升婦女睡眠品質 (p<.05)。結論:瑜珈運動介入妊娠期間能有效控制妊娠期體重、加強骨盤底肌肉收縮力、縮短產程、降低孕期不適和提升睡眠品質。
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of yoga exercise intervention on postpartum physiology in pregnant women. Method: Thirty five healthy pregnant women participants were randomly assigned to the following two groups Fifteen participants were in the experimental group (age=31.2±3.69 yr, ht=162.67±4.94 cm, wt=54.25±5.57 kg), who attended the yoga training at 60 minutes per day, 3 days per week for 12 weeks. Nineteen participants were in the control group (age=30.84±3.40 yr, ht=159.84±2.24 cm, wt=53.63±6.73 kg), The data were assessed by one-way analysis of covariance (one-way ANCOVA) and t-test. Result: 1. The yoga exercise intervention significantly inhibited the weight gain of women during pregnancy (p<.05). 2. The yoga exercise intervention significantly enhanced the pelvic floor muscle contraction for postpartum women (p<.05). 3. The yoga exercise intervention significantly increased the pace of laboring process for women (p<.05). 4. The yoga exercise intervention was not significantly influential on the obstetric complications and neonatal health (p>.05). 5. The yoga exercise intervention significantly attenuated the discomfort experience for women during pregnancy (p<.05). 6. The yoga exercise intervention significantly increased the sleep quality for women during pregnancy (p<.05). Conclusion: This study indicated that the yoga exercise intervention for 12 weeks could be beneficial on postpartum physiology in pregnant women.
