  • 隨著創新創業趨勢及新創生態圈的崛起,創業活動在經濟發展上相當重要,創業中介機構的角色更是不可或缺,而整個創業的過程中包含許多因素與關係人相互影響,牽涉了不同階段與層次的互動。本研究結合複雜調適系統理論,以全觀式的角度探討新創加速器與新創企業共演化之過程,分別探討四大類型之新創加速器:獨立加速器、企業加速器、大學加速器、政府支持加速器,藉由個案研究法的深度訪談法與次級資料分析法,於各類型中選取具代表性之新創加速器與曾接受該新創加速器輔導的新創企業進行研究,以獲得雙向且深入的資訊與觀點,進而全面地瞭解四種類型新創加速器間之差異以及新創企業是如何選擇合適的新創加速器,而不同類型的新創加速器又是如何促使新創企業調適、成長,並涌現出新的型態與樣貌。
    本研究主要彙整出三大研究結果。其一,四種類型新創加速器的差異包含加速器本身組成的差異、第三方資源提供者的差異以及互動中彼此各自能夠給予與獲得的資源差異。其二,新創企業於發展過程中可能會在不同階段與資源需求下加入不同類型的新創加速器,甚至存在同時加入不同類型新創加速器的情況。其三,新創加速器與新創企業間的共演化調適過程是涌現的關鍵,新創加速器的涌現型態為篩選標準的重新定位,而新創企業的涌現型態為商業價值與目標市場的重新定位。


    With the trend of innovation and entrepreneurship and the rise of the startup ecosystem, entrepreneurial activities have become extremely important in economic development, and the role of entrepreneurial intermediary has become indispensable. The research has shown that the process of entrepreneurship included many factors that interact with stakeholders, also, involved interactions among different stages and levels.
    This study takes a holistic perspective that combines with the complex adaptive system theory to explore the process of co-evolution of startup accelerators and startups, through semi-structured in-depth interviews and secondary data analysis that based on case study. This study divided the startup accelerators into four categories, including independent accelerators, enterprise accelerators, university accelerators, and government-supported accelerators. Then, select the representative accelerators in each category and the startups that have received coaching from these accelerators, in order to obtain bilateral and in-depth information and insights. Furthermore, we can comprehensively understand the differences among the four categories of startup accelerators and how startups choose the suitable accelerators to join in, also, how the accelerators that are in different categories can help and advance startups to adapt, grow, and emerge into new types.
    This study summarizes and compiles three main findings. First, the differences of the four categories of startup accelerators include the composition of themselves, the third-party resource providers, and the contents that each of them can give and obtain while in the interactions. Second, startups will usually join in different categories of accelerators at different stages and resource requirements, and may also join in different accelerators at the same time. Third, in the interaction between startup accelerators and startups, the co-evolution process is the key point to advance emergence. The emergence type of startup accelerators is the reposition of selection criteria, and the emergence types of startups are the repositions of business value and target market.
