本研究主要探討呼吸放鬆訓練舒緩演奏焦慮的效果。依據「肯氏中文化演奏焦慮問卷」的得分為依據,探討實驗處理對於紓解演奏焦慮的情形。以中部某兩間國小音樂班學生為對象,共有129位學生參與,本次研究目的有三:(一)探討呼吸放鬆訓練對國小音樂班學生舒緩演奏焦慮的長期效果。(二)探討呼吸放鬆訓練對國小音樂班學生舒緩演奏焦慮的立即效果。(三)探討呼吸放鬆訓練舒緩演奏焦慮的效果是否受不同背景因素影響。在研究一部份主要比較實驗組、控制組者在進行八週呼吸放鬆訓練課程開始之前(上台前兩個月)及八週呼吸放鬆訓練課程結束後(上台前半小時)的演奏焦慮。研究二則以單一實驗組來進行,比較受試者在臨上台前進行呼吸放鬆訓練課程的前(上台前半小時)、後測(上台前五分鐘)的演奏焦慮程度。研究三主要在於考驗不同背景因素(性別、年級、主修越器及副修樂器)在呼吸放鬆訓練舒緩演奏焦慮的成效。以獨立樣本t考驗、相依樣本t考驗及單因子變異數分析來探討其結果:(一)呼吸放鬆訓練無法有效舒緩長期性之演奏焦慮,但能協助減緩演奏焦慮的提升。(二)吸放鬆訓練能有效舒緩立即性之演奏焦慮(三)不同背景因素不影響呼吸放鬆訓練的效果。最後依據研究結果,提出教學應用方面及未來相關研究的建議,以供教師、父母及未來研究之參考。
This study explores the effects of the breathing training on relaxation music performance anxiety. This paper rely mainly on mental measurement of anxiety reaction to investigate the experimental treatments effect on relaxation of music performance anxiety. With study tools of "Kenny’s Music Performance Anxiety Inventory for Adolescents, MPAI-A”,”self investigate No.1”and “self investigate No.2”. The experiment samples from two elementary music-telented classes who grades from three to six and total of 129 students participate in. This study has three purposes: (1) study the long-term effects of breathing relaxation training for music-telented students to ease the anxiety of music performance anxiety. (2)study the immediate effects of breathing relaxation training for music-telented students alleviate of performance anxiety. (3) study the factors that affect breathing relaxation training result. The study include: (1) probe into the performance anxiety of target students before an eight-week breathing training courses prior to the performance (two months before performance) and after the 8 weeks breathing training courses (half an hour before performance). The sampling divides the students into experimental group and control group, then measure on the results before and after the breath training for the two groups. (2) only contain one experimental group, the study compares the subject’s anxiety before conducting the breathing training (half hours before performance), and after (five minutes prior to performance). (3) research on different influential factors (gender, grade, and major and minor in the instrument) that affects the result of the in breath training. The research utilizes a independent-samples T test, Paried-samples T test and one-way ANOVA to discuss its results: (i) breathing relaxation training can not effectively alleviate the long-term performance anxiety, but can help alleviate the anxiety of performance to grow. (ii) breath relaxation training can effectively alleviate the immediate performance anxiety (iii) different factors does not affect breathing relaxation training results. Finally, based on the research findings, teachers can applied the breath training in their courses and the researchers can further extend the study.
