本研究以立意抽樣方式，邀請三位自閉青少年母親作為研究對象，主要探討教養自閉青少年成長歷程中的母職經驗。本研究以敘事研究為取向，理解三位受訪者的主觀經驗，以「整體-內容」方式撰寫其生命故事，並進行研究分析與討論。
本研究提出兩項研究發現：
一、自閉青少年母親的母職經驗有個別差異，不盡相同，但仍有其共同脈絡，分為預備、 挑戰與展望三階段，各階段皆有其母職任務。
二、提出自閉青少年家庭親職壓力理論模式。
最後進行研究者反思，並對專業人員與未來研究方向提出相關建議。

The main purposes of this study were to explore the experience of the motherhood practice of three autistic teenagers' mothers in autistic children’s growth. The study adopted purposeful sampling, three female adults who are the three autistic teenagers' mothers. According to narrative research approach, these life-story were written and analyzed in “holistic-content” perspective.
Two conclusions have been proposed in this study：
1.Autistic teenagers' mothers had different personal experience, but there was still a common thread of experience. Three stage of motherhood practice of three autistic teenagers' mothers were found, and each stage has its motherhood task.
2.Put forward the theory of parental stress in families with autistic teenagers.
Finally, the researcher propose the research reflection, and make recommendations to professionals and future researchers.
