摘要
在兩岸三地,很多社交聚會的場合上,最常聽到的就是創業的話題。這群人創業話題從大型資金規模到小本生意都有,但還是以小本生意的微型創業點子居多。而微型創業有主要特點,就是投入資金及技術門檻低,所以受大眾青睞。本研究就選定許多微型創業者的創業選項之一的手工皂產業來做開展,討論如何在眾多具有規模甚至全球化的競爭對手中,E公司如何能夠在紅海市場中脫穎而出,並在行動網路的通路上,讓消費者能透過E公司平台可以找到最適合自己膚質的天然手工皂,沉浸在最舒服的洗沐氛圍,消除一天的工作疲勞與壓力,更能在一段時間後有感自己的膚況也變好了。
E公司創辦人創業初衷是希望將累積的成功經驗,可以輔導中高齡長期失業婦女二度就業於E公司手工皂販賣平台上,並不斷地強化微型公司運營靈活的素質,不斷地紮根向上茁壯進而發揮上善若水的經營理念。

Abstract
Entrepreneurship is a common topic amongst the Greater Chinese territories of China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Entrepreneurial philosophies may range on a spectrum from large enterprises to small businesses. As economic demands have driven the threshold for investment and technology lower, micro-enterprises have become a popular model for business.
This research investigates the handmade soap industry as a micro-enterprise player. We hypothesize that E-company can thrive in the Red Ocean Market amongst many scaled and globalized competitors. The E-company platform may allow consumers to select suitable natural handmade soaps for their use, thereby allowing them to relax with the aroma of the product, eliminate stress after a long days’ work, and improve their skin quality over time.
The mission of the E-company is to create employment opportunities for middle-aged and long-term unemployed women in the handmade soap industry and provide business guidance. Long term, E-company hopes to levy the advantages of this micro-enterprise and utilize the talent-rich base of this disadvantaged societal group.
