  • 摘 要

    本研究目的在分析國小舞獅教練訓練行為及影響教練思考決定之因素。參與研究對象為國小二位舞獅教練及其訓練選手28人,甲教練為專家教練,選手13人;乙教練為教師兼任,選手15人。本研究以ASUOI 觀察系統,登錄兩位教練各十次的舞獅訓練錄影帶,藉以分析教練的指導行為與非指導行為,並以逐字稿記錄教練的回饋內容及透過訪談方式探討影響教練思考決定的因素。系統觀察由兩位受過訓練之觀察員(觀察員內、觀察員間信度皆達.80以上)登錄後,統計行為次數、百分比;訪談資料,轉為逐字稿後進行歸納分析。各項資料經統計、歸納分析後得到如下結果:一、兩位教練在指導行為方面,皆以當場指導行為(甲教練28.5 %、乙教練35.1 %)最多,其次為正面示範行為(甲教練11.8 %、乙教練11.9 %),而負面示範行為(甲教練3.5 %、乙教練2.8 %)較少。二、兩位教練在非指導行為方面,皆以管理行為(甲教練12.7 %、乙教練19.4 %)最多,其次為責罵行為(甲教練4.8 %、乙教練2.9 %),催促行為(甲教練0.9 %、乙教練1.6 %)出現較少。三、兩位教練的回饋內容,主要是針對動作的空間性、時間性給予回饋。四、影響教練訓練計畫的因素,包括教練背景/經驗與訓練目標;影響訓練時決定的因素,包括選手的學習狀況、態度、經驗與動機。結論:兩位舞獅教練的訓練行為差異不大,相較於開放性運動教練的訓練行為,也未顯現出明顯的差異;此外,教練背景與選手表現是影響教練決定的主要因素。


    Abstract
    The purpose of the research was to analyze the training behaviors and thinking of two lion dance coaches in elementary school. Two coaches and twenty-eight students participated in this research. One coach was a professional coach and the other one was a part-time coach. The methods of the research were recording ten training tapes of two lion dance coaches by ASUOI system observation tool to analyze two coaches’ instructional behavior, non-instructional behaviors, the content of feedback and discussing the factors that influenced training decisions to replenish the insufficient of system observation. After two trained observers(the reliability in observers and between observers over .80) coded the datas, a researcher gathered statistics in the number of times and percentages of behavior. Through analyzing the datas and the results of the interview, the results were found as follows: First, both lion dance coaches conducted most in the concurrent instruction(first coach 28.5 %、second coach 35.1 %), and the positive modeling come afterwards(first coach 11.8 %、second coach 11.9 %), less in the negative modeling(first coach 3.5 %、second coach 2.8 %). Second, both lion dance coaches conducted most in the management(first coach 12.7 %、second coach 19.4 %), and the scolding came afterwards(first coach 4.8 %、second coach 2.9 %), less in the hustle behaviors(first coach 0.9 %、second coach 1.6 %). Third, the feedback content of two lion dance coaches focused on motion technique instruction, especially in trainees’ motional space and time. Finally, coaches’ background, experiences and training goals were the most influencial factors to training plans making and trainees’ learning performances, attitudes, experiences and motivations were the most essential factors to coaches’ training decisions. In conclusion, the training behaviors of the two lion dance coaches indicated no differences and were similar to the coaches of open sports.Besides, coaches’ background and trainees’ performances were the most influencial factors to coaches’ training decisions.
