核心競爭力是指企業在發展過程中,結合資源的配置和整合,提升自己本身的優勢和競爭能力,使企業能在同業競爭中脫穎而出,並保有長期之優勢。
廣東省惠州市PCL燈飾公司是一家燈飾製造出口的企業,主要以北美地區為主要市場,本論文共分六章闡述,第一章是緖論,説明本文之研究背景,目的和意義。第二章是北美市場分析、第三章是產業背景、第四章個案分析PCL燈飾公司現狀的經營分析,闡述PCL燈飾公司經營狀況,企業文化等要素,以作為下文的論述基礎。第五章是透過SWOT分析及利用VRIO模型分析,了解內外發展環境和競爭形式比較,並定位PCL燈飾公司未來的發展策略,及利用VRIO模型分析,更進一步研究PCL燈飾公司的資源和能力,最後指出企業的核心競爭力與產業如何轉型和升級。第六章結論是展望未來與提升企業優勢與核心競爭力,使能在同業競爭中脫穎而出,並保有長期之優勢。

Core competence refers to the combination of both the integration and allocation of resources during the development of an enterprise, increasing their own advantages and competitiveness in order to stand out from the competitive market to maintain sustainable competitive advantages.
PCL Lighting Company located in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province is a lighting manufacturing export enterprise, which targets the North America market as the primary target. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, illustrating the research background, purpose and significance of this paper. The second chapter analyze the North America market, the third chapter introduces the industry background, and the fourth chapter is the case analysis of the current business analysis, status of operation, and enterprise culture of PCL Lighting Company as the basis for the following discussion. The fifth chapter is the analysis of the internal and external business development environment and the form of competition using SWOT and VRIO model analysis to form the future business development strategy for PCL Lighting Company. By using VRIO model analysis to further study the resources and capabilities of PCL Lighting Company to figure out the core competitiveness of the enterprise and how to transforms and upgrades the enterprise. The last chapter concludes with the future prospect and how to increase the enterprise’s strengths and core competitiveness in order for the company to stand out from the competitive market to maintain sustainable competitive advantages.
