此研究藉由訪談多位不同產業背景的獨立工作者,希望了解其自主學習模式,以及找出其人格特質、工作型態等內在因素及外在因素如何影響其自主學習動機;此外,透過訪談一般企業員工,比較獨立工作者與一般企業員工自主學習模式的差異,找出獨立工作者自主學習模式的特別之處。
透過研究發現,獨立工作者的自主學習模式可建構為一個四階段的直線性模型,四階段分別為「受到模範刺激」、「產生學習動機」、「產生學習行為」、「執行與產出」。其中,在「產生學習行為」階段當中,能支持獨立工作者完成學習行為的動機主要來自於獨立工作者的「人格特質」;能推動自主學習模式不斷循環的動機主要源自於「工作性質」以及「外在的正負向回饋」兩個外在因素。此外,和一般企業員工相較,獨立工作者自主學習模式的特別之處在於存在「執行與產出」階段、「正負向回饋」的獲得,以及「工作性質」上的差異。
透過本研究,希望可以帶大家一起來了解獨立工作者的特別之處,以及他們在自主學習方面展現出來的特質。
Through interviewing several independent workers with different background and from different industries, researcher wants to know the whole self-directed learning process of independent workers, and how the internal factors and external factors, like personalities, job nature, positive and negative feedback, influence their motivation of self-directed learning.
This research concludes that independent workers’ self-directed process can be formed as a four-step model. The four steps includes “stimulated by role models”, “develop motivation of self-directed learning”, “take action of self-directed learning” and “application”. When independent workers start self-directed learning, the motivation to help them complete the whole learning process is mainly developed from independent workers’ personalities. Moreover, another motivation which keeps self-directed learning process circulating is developed from independent job nature and the positive and negative feedback.
Researcher hope people could understand more about independent workers and how they demonstrate themselves during the self-directed learning process through this research.
