摘要

本創作論述以個人創作為研究主題，主要探討筆者父母的傳統思想觀念，影響其對尋求歸屬感與追尋夢想之間的抉擇。筆者大學畢業後，因經濟因素放棄以創作為志業的夢想。在相隔19年之後，因深愛創作再度重回校園就讀清大藝術與設計學系碩士班，在就讀研究所期間，藉由不斷地梳理自我成長背景，挖掘、剖析並時常與自我對話，慢慢釐清自我的創作脈絡。
藉由探討「循·尋」的意義與內涵，依照遵循普世價值與追求尋找自我的夢想。影射人的一生似乎在追求一個符合普世價值、圓滿意象的人生，亦即中國的「天人合一」思想。在自由的境界中，不論外在有多大的自由，仍是受到限制。
世俗中的自由並不是真自由，因此，只能在心靈上、思想上，追尋一種無拘無束的意念與想望。筆者運用駐村在地的桂竹作為創作的主要媒材，在地砍伐、在地製作，運用竹編的亂編法、輪口編法以及竹枝烤彎技法，創作出「似圓系列」、「窩居系列」、「無拘系列」三系列竹雕塑作品。藉由竹材處理的前置作業以及編製的過程中，享受創作的勞動感與身體感，達到藝術療癒的效果。
作品最後以懸吊的形式展現，藉由燈光的投影，將虛空間延伸至所投影的牆面及地面，形成更強烈的空間感，以及充滿希望的氛圍，同時隱喻筆者目前駐村居無定所，如同浮雲一般境況。

Abstract

This paper takes personal creation as the research discussion, mainly discusses the author's parents' traditional ideas, which affect her choice between seeking a sense of belonging and pursuing dreams. After graduating from university, the author gave up her dream of taking creation as her ambition due to economic factors. After 19 years, the author went back to the campus to study in the master's program in the Department of Arts and Design at National Tsing Hua University. During graduate school, the author gradually clarified her creative context by constantly combing her growth background, mining, analyzing and often talking to herself.
By exploring the significance and connotation of "follow and pursue", we can find our own dream according to the universal values and pursuit. It seems that people's life is pursuing a life in line with universal values and perfect images, that is, China's thought of "the unity of heaven and man". In the realm of freedom, no matter how much freedom there is outside, it is still limited. Freedom in the secular world is not true freedom. Therefore, we can only pursue an unrestrained idea and desire in mind and thought. The author uses Phyllostachys makinoi in residence as the main media for creation, felling and making locally, and uses the random weaving method of bamboo weaving, wheel mouth weaving method and bamboo branch baking and bending technique to create three series of bamboo sculptures, i.e. "similar to circle series", "nest house series" and "unrestrained series". Through the pre operation of bamboo processing and the process of weaving, enjoy the sense of labor and body of creation, and achieve the effect of artistic healing.
Finally, the works are displayed in the form of suspension. Through the projection of lights, the virtual space is extended to the projected wall and ground, forming a stronger sense of space and a hopeful atmosphere. At the same time, it metaphors the author's current situation of no fixed place in residence.
