衝壓加工為製造業十分重要之技術,在強調客製化以及精度的要求下,衝床機構之創新設計與改良已成為設備研發中不可或缺的一環。傳統的衝床機構主要的缺點在於衝頭之精確點有限,因而導致衝頭之運動曲線無法任意設計,使得衝床機構難以符合各樣加工之精度要求,以及研發週期過長等問題。因此,各大衝床設備廠商開發出伺服衝床機構來達到控制衝頭之運動曲線。然而,伺服衝床機構存在有造價昂貴和控制較傳統衝床複雜等缺點,本文將以凸輪連桿組合式衝床機構來作為伺服衝床之替代方案,其具備有構造簡單、可設計衝頭之運動曲線,面對不同的加工場合時,僅需要更換對應之凸輪機件即可以及造價較伺服衝床低廉等優點。
本文首先利用創意性設計法,藉由找出現有機構與制定限制條件來合成出各種可供利用之五桿凸輪連桿組合式衝床機構;接著給定桿件尺寸與單暫停運動曲線,利用向量參數方程式推導出完整的固定式凸輪之輪廓。接著,分別以擷取部份的完整輪廓,和擷取部份的完整輪廓以不同曲線(克羅梭曲線和橢圓曲線)串接直線輪廓,來取代完整輪廓,計算其位移、速度、加速度與輸入桿件旋轉角之關係。最後,比較各設計參數的調整對位移、速度與加速度之影響,並且比較其加速度絕對值之最大值。
