  • 近年來,視訊監控系統結合多台攝影機的研究已經非常的普遍而且熱門,因為對於監控環境中使用多台攝影機能夠提供更多有用的資訊,目前常見的入口及室內監控設備,不僅能從系統記錄的畫面中取得進出安全區域的狀況,也能對室內的情況繼續監控,且其設備成本也不算昂貴。視訊監控系統可採用的攝影機為IP(Internet Protocol)攝影機、PTZ(pan、tilt、zoom)攝影機、環場(全景)攝影機、固定型攝影機等,但不論採用何種攝影機,在架設的過程中需要考慮到相當多環境死角的問題。

    在本研究中,我們採用三台PTZ攝影機來當作研究設備,不同於以往監控系統,完全沒有使用任何固定式攝影機做為輔助,並計算其系統最佳規劃之結果,來判斷人物追蹤時攝影機如何分配及交換,以達到最佳的追蹤效果,而採用多PTZ的優點在於(1)能用三台的視場交叉定位追縱物體的空間位置。(2)三台PTZ的功能能夠交換,達到減少死角的功能。(3)能夠追蹤立體空間的目標。除此之外,本論文中主要貢獻的研究是在制定了五個評估目標物與攝影機的追蹤分數,並考慮到追蹤時實際的不同因素,給予不同的權重分配,並找出其攝影機的最佳規劃分配組合。最後在系統規劃上加入二項觸發條件 (時間條件、低追蹤分數條件) 來決定系統規劃的時機,所系統規劃上更加完整。
