  • 分析並預測一直是研究上很著重的一塊領域,隨著科技的進步,網路技術以及行動裝置的成熟,人們開始把分析預測與網路技術和行動裝置做結合。本研究透過行動裝置來提供客戶進行問卷的填答以及結果的收集,然後透過網路回傳到伺服器上,並且利用DEMATEL來分析問卷填答後所得到的欲分析要素關係,透過DEMATEL的分析結果我們可以得到欲分析要素的因果關係圖,從此關係圖我們可以讓供應商得知客戶對其欲分析要素的感覺與想法並且得知較有效率的改善方向。同時,從問卷中,我們還會收集各類客戶的偏好參數值,透過比較客戶的偏好參數值以及供應商的情況參數值,進一步達到推薦相對應結果的供應商給客戶的功能。結合參數分析、供應商要素分析以及客戶偏好比較推薦機制就是本研究的核心系統。


    Analysis and prediction always have a great position in the area of research. With the progress of science and technology and the mature of network technology and mobile device, we start to combine these technologies together. In our research, the mobile device is responsible for reading and filling the questionnaire and then collecting and transmitting the result back to the server. After receiving the result of questionnaire, the server will start using DEMATEL to analyze the elements relationship getting from the questionnaire. Then we can get a causal diagram after using DEMATEL to do analyzing. From the causal diagram, we can help the supplier to obtain the feeling from customer and the efficient way to enhance each element. We will also gather the preference parameters of customer from the questionnaire and can reach the function that suggesting the corresponding supplier to the customer through the result by comparing the customer’s preference parameters and the supplier’s condition parameters. The main idea in the system of our research is to combine parameter analyzing, supplier’s element analyzing and preference comparing suggesting mechanism for customer.
