鐵磁性形狀記憶合金兼具形狀記憶效應及巨磁伸縮特性,比起傳統形狀記憶合金其反應速度快,能在高頻率下使用,鐵鈀合金在應用上較其他鐵磁性形狀記憶合金具有潛力,但在實際應用仍需提升相變化溫度且抑制非熱彈性bct相生成。本實驗為添加Sn取代鐵鈀記憶合金中部分Fe或添加Cu取代合金中部分Pd,以快速凝固旋淬法製成具有織構的薄帶試片,研究FePdSn和FePdCu薄帶試片結構、顯微結構、相變化溫度、磁性質、磁伸縮及形狀記憶效應。研究發現添加第三元素Sn和Cu對鐵鈀記憶合金相變化溫度造成影響,且有磁伸縮以及形狀記憶效應。在本論文也综合的比較添加各種不同第三元素對Fe-Pd合金系統相變化溫度造成的影響,希望能找出提升其相變化溫度,改善傳統Fe-Pd合金的低相變化溫度缺點的第三元素,以利於鐵磁性形狀記憶合金高頻率特性的應用。
