  • 在日常生活中,往往具有成就、領導能力、管理能力、專業能力之標竿人物;而當學習者欲從事學習行為時,其可能需參考此些標竿人物過去之學習歷程(即代表性學習履歷)。然因每位學習者過去之學習履歷與未來之學習目標往往不盡相同,故其需先耗費時間瞭解標竿人物之學習歷程,再揣摩其未來可效法之學習內容及學習方向。而由於標竿人物之學習歷程常以簡報或文件等方式呈現,此種呈現方式可能造成一個體無法精確掌握或誤解標竿人物之學習歷程,而無法準確確立其未來可效法之學習內容及學習方向。因此,本研究乃以代表性學習履歷為基礎,發展一套「個人化學習方向推論」方法論,以依據學習者過去學習履歷與未來學習目標推論學習者未來之學習建議,並協助學習者迅速確立未來可效法之學習內容及學習方向。
    於發展「個人化學習方向推論」方法論前,本研究乃先解析傳記、雜誌或報導中之人物訪談專題,以瞭解制式化學習履歷可表達之細項內容;之後,本研究依前述解析學習履歷之結果建構一套「學習履歷觀念語彙庫」,以作為將學習履歷觀念文句轉為以制式學習履歷表達之基礎;最後,本研究即根據制式化學習履歷可表達之細項與「學習履歷觀念語彙庫」發展「個人化學習方向推論」方法論,以依據學習者過去學習履歷與未來學習目標推論學習者未來之學習建議。而此方法論之詳細作法乃先判斷目標文件中具學習履歷觀念之文句;之後,將具學習履歷觀念文句結構化為制式學習履歷;最後,依據學習者未來學習目標搜尋具有高相似度之代表性學習履歷,再推論該學習者過去學習履歷與具有高相似度代表性學習履歷之差異,以推斷該學習者未來可參考之學習方向與學習內容。
    本研究除發展「個人化學習方向推論」方法論外,尚以此方法論為基礎,建置一套「個人化學習建議系統」,並以此系統進行案例驗證,以確認本方法論之實用性。由驗證結果可知,本研究所建置之「個人化學習建議系統」可有效推論適合學習者之學習方向。整體而言,本研究所提出之「個人化學習方向推論」方法論可迅速提供符合學習者學習目標之學習建議,以協助學習者搜尋未來之學習方向,進而提高學習者之學習效能。
