本研究針對中小尺寸薄膜液晶顯示器(thin file transistor-liquid crystal display; TFT-LCD)產業進行訂單滿足流程分析。所謂中小尺寸TFT-LCD一般泛指10吋以下顯示器,應用產品包括如手機、數位相機、遊戲機、數位相框、迷你筆記型電腦等,由於中小尺寸產品與傳統大面板市場需求形態不同,大多以客製化生產為主體,使得在一般中小尺寸TFT-LCD面板製造商供應鏈網路中,生產環境通常轉變為一個拉式結構,被動接收最終品牌通路商所下之訂單來驅動其生產,同時因為品牌通路商大多對面板製造廠的生產技術與產品品質有嚴苛的要求,故面板製造廠開始重視回應客戶訂單需求的速度與能力,即所謂「訂單滿足(Order Fulfillment)」,透過可允諾量( Available to Promise, ATP )分配機制,能夠快速回應及滿足企業特定重要顧客之需求。
本研究以中小尺寸TFT-LCD面板製造商為例,探討影響企業拉式生產環境之重要因子,包括產品結構、顧客偏好、多廠區規劃方式、生產限制與排程等,並將企業自接單到生產之流程區分為多廠區訂單分配與單廠內現場排程兩大階段。然而,過去文獻對於TFT-LCD產業探討並不多,且皆著重於單ㄧ可允諾量分配模式的建構,根據模式求解得到訂單的允諾結果後即直接回覆顧客。本研究提出一兩階段訂單滿足流程模型,規劃模組廠多廠區之生產計劃外,同時排定各廠內現場排程問題。
本研究最後透過案例公司實際營運資料,建構兩階段訂單滿足模式驗證此訂單滿足流程之可行性,目的使企業在實際開立工單前,可以透過此訂單滿足模型得知各訂單之投料與產出時間,以精確回覆顧客訂單達交日期,並同時評估在不同市場需求環境下企業生產規劃與排程的應用策略。
