本研究以TFT-LCD產業為例,探討供應網路之生產規劃問題。該產業因製程繁瑣,故可分為陣列(Array)、組立(Cell)與模組(Module)三大製程階段,此外隨著產品應用層級日益增廣,各製程階段皆不斷地擴建大世代廠來提升產能與技術,因而形成多階多廠的生產鏈結構。在如此複雜的網路結構下,本研究將以全面性的觀點來規劃所有的廠區,同時考量生產廠區路徑限制、組立廠的面板切割造成流進與流出量的不同、物料供給限制、廠區與產品族產能限制等特性,以得出準確的生產計劃。
針對TFT-LCD供應網路之生產規劃問題,本研究提出可同步規劃各廠區生產計劃的演算法,演算法採兩大規劃階段來增加資源分配的彈性。首先階段一透過產能限制式的釋放,決定各筆訂單的最佳生產路徑,並將負荷配置其上;階段二再納入產能限制並依據階段一的配置結果進行負載平衡,透過判斷負載類型(Judge)、訂單前推(Pull)、訂單移至替代廠區(Offload)與訂單後推(Push)四大步驟,將超出產能上限的部份挪動至其他生產時點或生產路徑,以在交期內滿足顧客需求。
最後,透過案例的驗證,確認本研究方法於實務上的可行性,且具有求解大量資料的能力。而於實驗分析中,更證實本研究所提出的演算法於環境變動下,要比文獻中所提出的演算方法具有較佳的績效表現,包括:高需求滿足率與低生產鏈成本,足以提供業界人員作為生產規劃的依據。
