新竹縣上智國小兒童樂隊於西元 2018年成立至今已邁入第七年，以兒童樂隊的年資來說，算是新手樂隊，雖然成立的時間不長，但有著專業的師資，除了樂隊的指揮老師之外，學校也為兒童樂隊聘請校外分部老師，包含口風琴聲部、手風琴聲部及打擊樂器聲部，支援教學。樂隊在初創的第一年，經過三個月的練習，在新竹縣全國音樂比賽得到第一名，代表新竹縣參加在宜蘭縣體育館舉辦的全國賽，更獲得全國第六名的成績，讓大家對於上智國小兒童樂隊刮目相看。第二年也同樣獲得第一名，取得新竹縣代表權，但很可惜當年的全國賽因新冠肺炎 (Covid—19) 疫情猖獗，因此停辦全國音樂比賽。今年 (2024) 代表新竹縣參加全國賽，獲得特優。研究生是擔任打擊樂器分部老師，故選定以上智小學兒童樂隊為研究對象。
本研究的章節安排如下：第一章為緒論，分為四節，內容為第一節研究動耭、第二節研究目的與
待答問題、第三節研究範圍與限制、第四節名詞釋義。第二章文獻探討，分為五節，內容為第一節兒童樂隊的沿革與發展、第二節兒童樂隊的樂器種類、第三節兒童樂隊學生音樂比賽實施計劃、第四節兒童樂隊的組訓、第五節兒童樂隊相關研究。第三章為研究設計，分為五節，內容為第一節研究場域及對象、第二節研究方法、第三節研究架構、第四節資料處理分析、第五節研究資料可信度與實用性
。第四章則為上智國小兒童樂隊的研究結果與分析，分為六節，內容為第一節上智國小兒童樂隊成立與現況、第二節上智國小兒童樂隊組織架構與編制、第三節上智國小兒童樂隊組訓的內容與方式、第四節上智國小兒童樂隊管理經營及活動成效、第五節上智國小兒童樂隊的困境與解決方法。第五章為結論與建議。

Hsinchu County Shangzhi Primary School Children's Band was established in 2018 and has entered its seventh year, in terms of the seniority of the children's band, it is a novice band, although it has not been established for a long time, but it has professional teachers, in addition to the conductor of the band, the school also hires teachers from outside the school for the children's band, including melodica parts, accordion parts and percussion parts to support teaching. In the first year of its establishment, after three months of practice, the band won the first place in the Hsinchu County National Music Competition, and represented Hsinchu County to participate in the national competition held at the Yilan County Gymnasium, and even won the sixth place in the country, which made everyone impressed by the Shangzhi National Primary School Children's Band. The following year, he also won the first place and won the right to represent Hsinchu County, but unfortunately the national competition was suspended due to the rampant new crown pneumonia (Covid-19) epidemic that year. This year (2024), he represented Hsinchu County in the national competition and won the special prize. The graduate student is a teacher of the percussion instrument, so the children's band of Shangzhi Elementary School was selected as the research object.

The chapters of this study are arranged as follows: Chapter 1 is the introduction, which is divided into four sections, including the first section of the research process, the second section of the research objectives and questions to be answered, the third section of the research scope and limitations, and the fourth section of the definition of terms. The second chapter is divided into five sections, including the evolution and development of children's bands in the first section, the types of musical instruments in the second children's bands, the implementation plan of the student music competition in the third children's band, the training of children's bands in the fourth section, and the related research on children's bands in the fifth section. Chapter 3 is the research design, which is divided into five sections, including the first section of the research field and object, the second section of the research methodology, the third section of the research structure, the fourth section of data processing and analysis, and the fifth section of the credibility and practicability of the research data. The fourth chapter is the research results and analysis of the Shangzhiguo Elementary School Children's Band, which is divided into six sections, including the establishment and current situation of the Shangzhiguo Elementary School Children's Band in the first section, the organizational structure and establishment of the Shangzhiguo Elementary School Children's Band in the second section, the content and methods of the training of the Shangzhiguo Elementary School Children's Band in the third section, the management, operation and activity effectiveness of the Shangzhiguo Elementary School Children's Band in the fourth section, and the dilemma and solutions of the Shangzhiguo Elementary School Children's Band in the fifth section.
