國小學童體育課所進行的活動多元且豐富,在眾多球類活動中,過肩投擲動作都扮演非常重要的角色。近來研究發現,下肢是動力傳遞的主要來源,但其反映在各足底壓力區在關鍵期的分佈情形仍待進一步釐清。本研究目的:在於瞭解國小五年級男童投擲時手臂向前揮動初期軸心腳在前足區(細分為五區)、中足區及後足區上的壓力分佈差異,與球體離手期引導腳在前足區(細分為五區)、中足區及後足區上的壓力分佈差異,以及投擲全期時的壓力中心走之差異。方法:以新竹市朝山國小五年級男學童19人為參與者,透過Medilogic測力鞋墊 (60Hz) 及其分析軟體(Medilogic 3.8版)配合高速攝影機 (JVC 9800, 60Hz) ,以Medilogic系統內建FAp-video軟體同步紀錄動作,並以t 考驗分析八週訓練後足壓各分區之分布比例,統計水準定為α= .05,再繪製投擲全期壓力中心走向之XY散布圖。結果:五年級男童訓練後在向前揮動初期軸心腳的壓力區由足跟區轉而集中在前足區,並達到顯著差異(t = -18.160, p > .05);而球體離手期引導腳的壓力區亦由足跟區變為集中至前足區,同樣達顯著差異(t = -8.289, p > .05)。男童練習前和練習後的離手球速有顯著差異,且練習後的離手球速優於練習前;且足壓中心走向分布圖有差異,XY軸範圍皆擴大。結論:本研究結果發現男童訓練後足壓分佈明顯不同、壓力中心向前移動趨勢明顯,顯示可見充分的練習確實有助於運動表現的進步,建議國小體育教師進行投擲相關課程教學時觀察學童投擲動作型態再予以指導,並加入引導腰部旋轉訓練與軀幹前傾動作。
Throwing is a common movement among the upper extremities activities. The data collected from October 2012 to December 2012. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to compare differences of center of pressure (COP) and foot pressure distribution on push-off and landing limb between the fifth grade boys for over-arm throw athletes. Methods: Nineteen boys of fifth grade in Chao-Shan Primary School voluntarily participated in this study. In order to obtain athlete performance both in segmental motion and foot COP change, present study used high speed camera (60Hz) and COP measurement system (Medilogic) to collect data. Boys test was used to examine performance after eight weeks of training. The study adapted the t-test (α= .05) and analysised to compare the difference around eight weeks trainings.
Results: The results showed that the boys of fifth grade mainly put pressure on rearfoot to forefoot, and the pressure was limb (t = -18.160, p > .05) at the initial phase of the acceleration period. At the initial phase of the ball leaving period, the boys of fifth grade put pressure on rearfoot to forefoot ,and the pressure was limb (t = -8.289, p > .05) . The ball released speed between pre-practice and post-practice shows significant defferencs, and the speed in post-practice is superior to pre-practice. Conclusion: It was concluded that the distribution of foot pressure and COP change were different after the eight weeks trainings. Obviously, sufficient practice helps the progress in athletic performance, so that the boys showed that the trend of COP change move forward. The effect suggested over-arm throwing teaching should be strengthen on the spin of the waist and body lean forword.
