本研究目的在探討7週增強式訓練 (plyometric training, PT) 對籃球選手下肢專項體能與動態平衡的影響。研究徵召28位高中乙組男子籃球選手作為受試者,實驗分組為跳躍觸牆的高度作為分組指標,以S型配對均分為PT組(14位)與控制組(14位),兩組均維持每週五次,每次約120分鐘的例行性籃球訓練,控制組額外進行40分鐘的循環訓練,而PT組需額外在籃球訓練後增加連續7週,每週3次,每次跳躍次數180-228次,共40分鐘的PT,所有受試者在訓練前後皆接受專項體能評估(T型測驗、40碼衝刺)、跳躍表現(下蹲跳、蹲距跳)、動態平衡(等級3、等級6)的測試。所得結果以混合設計二因子變異數考驗分析兩組間訓練前後各變項與變化量之差異,顯著水準訂為p﹤.05。本研究結果顯示7週PT在40 碼衝刺與T型測驗訓練後有達顯著變化 (F=16.86, 46.65, p<.05)、下蹲跳的跳躍高度 (F=18.54, p<.05)、等級3在左方、右後等穩定限度 (F=5.03, 25.61, p<.05)與等級6在整體、右、左前、左後 (F=56, 19.95, 42.3, 19.24, p<.05)。本研究結果發現額外的PT能有效提昇敏捷性、跳躍能力與動態平衡等運動表現,未來後續研究可參考本研究之訓練模式,來做為年度訓練計劃或整季計畫的一部分與針對選手進行個別化的PT設計。
Purpose: To evaluate the effects of 7-week plyometric training (PT) on sport performance and dynamic balance (DB) in basketball players. Methods: Twenty-eight high school basketball players equally grouped by S method with jumping height as PT group and control group. All players underwent an regular basketball training 5 times per week for 7 weeks, and PT group received extra PT (180-228 jumps) third times per week, each for 40 minutes during this period. The sports performance was evaluated by the time of 40-yard dash (40y), the time of T-test (Tt), height of countermovement jump (CMJHt), and squat jump (SJHt). The DB was evaluated by the 8-direction limits of stability (LOS) test. Mixed-designed two-way ANOVA was used to compare the difference and the change percentage between groups before and after training for each parameter. Results: The results showed that 7 weeks PT can significant reduced the time needed in 40y and Tt (F=16.86, 46.65, p<.05), improved the jump height in CMJ (F=18.54, p<.05), and improved the LOS performance level 3 left, right-back directions (F=5.03, 25.61, p<.05), and level6 overall, right, left-front, and left-back directions (F=56, 19.95, 42.3, 19.24, p<.05). Conclusions: PT group showed significant improvements not only in the performance of Hv and Tt, but also improved the performance of LOS overall, forward, right, forward-left, backward-left directions after training. 7 weeks PT can improve the sports performance and DB in high school basketball players, therefore, is strongly recommend undergoing PT in the all-season conditioning program and individual design purpose.
