本研究透過執行服務設計中的雙鑽石模型的4D流程,分別是:探索(Discover)、定義(Define)、發展(Develop)、傳遞(Deliver),來完成對手機照片標註服務相關背景的雛型發展與雛型測試,並從中探討人工智慧賦能的使用者經驗。研究過程中發現,在個人照片管理的相關領域,市面上利用人工智慧賦能的相關產品,沒有將其人工智慧賦能融入使用者實際的顧客旅程中,人工智慧的賦能尚未在照片管理中帶給使用者使用行為上的正向影響,加上相關產品彼此間的相仿,致使在個人管理照片為目的沒有強烈的期望與意圖。
在以上前提下,本研究透過使用者調查,描繪出顧客旅程以及人物誌,進行對使用者行為與需求的分析,並且根據結果尋找真實使用者進行服務設計的共創,產出將人工智慧賦能融入手機照片標註服務的各種創意應用,並設計服務藍圖將共創結果包裝成完整的系統雛型,從中測試在人工智慧賦能下手機照片標註服務中,讓使用者感知的服務價值在功能面和情感面對App使用滿意度,甚至是採用意圖的影響。
結果發現,在手機照片標註服務中,人工智慧的賦能必須設計在使用者真實的應用情境中,讓人工智慧根據使用者的命令或行為,合理的支援使用者當下的任務,並讓使用者能掌握人工智慧產出的結果,以確保結果符合需求,最後在以上前提下,若能在服務中透過人工智慧賦能或是其他功能創造趣味點,能更加提升使用者在手機照片標註服務中的體驗。
This study completed the 4D process of the Double Diamond Model in service design, namely, Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver, to complete prototype development and testing tasks for the mobile photo annotation service, and explore the user experience empowered by artificial intelligence. In the research, we found the related fields of personal photo management using artificial intelligence (AI) in the market did not fully integrate AI into the actual customer journey of the user. There have no positive impacts of the artificial intelligence on users’ behavior identified in the area of applications, such as photo management; thus, it has created a high demand for bringing AI to assist personal photo management.
Under the above premise, this study conducts cultural probe to depict customer journey maps and personas, to analyze user behaviors and needs, and then bring users to the process of co-created service value. We then integrate the artificial intelligence empowerment into various creative applications of mobile photo annotation services, and design service blueprints to package the co-creation results into a complete system prototype, from which to test how the service value functionally and emotionally perceived by the user can affect app usage satisfaction.
We found that in the mobile phone photo annotation service, the artificial intelligence must be designed in a user’s real situation, allowing the artificial intelligence to reasonably support the user's current task according to his/her command or behavior, and let him/her able to grasp the results of artificial intelligence output to ensure that the results meet the needs. Finally, we specify the service through artificial intelligence empowerment or other functions can surely enhance the user's mobile photo annotation service experience.
