  • 人力資源的管理與績效的提升是每一個公司團隊所面臨的一個重要課題,如何合理有效地開發和管理組織人力資源關係到團隊的生存與發展,如何運用有效的方法針對組織人力進行適才適所的安排已是組織進步的關鍵之一,因為任何企業組織都是由作為組成要素的人按照一定的結構建立起來的系統,基於人的主觀之局限性,企業組織必須具有縱向的上下層次關係和同層次之間的橫向或交叉關係。自管理的角度觀之,在個人與組織整合互動的過程,最具有動態影響作用的因素,便是領導(leadership),領導者若有能力慧眼識出下屬的人格類型,給予適切的工作職責,並以正確的溝通方式帶領團隊,組織內減少了紛爭與誤解的機會,便能得以提升工作效率迅速達成目標。
    現今有許多性格類型評估工具,如「DISC個性測驗」用於量測、評估和幫助人們改善其行為方式、人際關係、工作績效、團隊合作、領導風格等。「五大人格特質」,對於工作績效的預測能力逐漸被大家所認同。而「MBTI」則獲評為近年心理輔導界及商界培訓普遍使用的性格類型評估工具,世界百大企業多利用MBTI作爲員工發展、改善溝通、提升組織效能的評估工具。本文主要研究MBTI對個案公司是否於團隊動力、管理績效與員工個人績效方面帶來正面的影響。研究結果顯示,個案公司多位經理人針對MBTI皆給予正面評論,他們認為MBTI性格類型評估工具能夠清楚地分析員工的性格類型,不僅提升員工自我與彼此的認知進而改善以往溝通不良的情況,也進一步促進團隊合作效率,個案公司多年來透過運用MBTI性格類型評估工具,對於組織內管理績效的提升擁有事半功倍的助益。


    Human resource management and performance improvement are the important agenda that each team in a company is facing. How to rationally and effectively develop and manage the organizational human resources does matter the sustainability and development of an organization. How to exercise an effective way to arrange the talents to appropriate positions has become one of key success factors for organizational advancement because any of organizations is a structured system which is constituted by a vital element – people. Based on the subjective limitation, enterprise hierarchy must have not only vertical relationship but horizontal relationship or metric connections. From a management point of view, dynamic factor that influences the most during the process of integration and interaction between individuals and organization is leadership. If a leader has ability to identify what types of personality of their subordinates, give them appropriate job responsibilities, and lead them in a correct way of communication. The chances of disputes and misunderstandings will be decreased within organization so that work efficiency will be enhanced to quickly achieve their goals. Today, there are a lot of personality type assessment tools such as “DISC Personality Test” for measuring, evaluating and helping people to improve their behavior, interpersonal relationships, job performance, teamwork, leadership style, etc. “Five Personality Traits” which is able to predict job performance has been gradually recognized. However, MBTI has been rated as the most popular personality type assessment tool which was adopted by the counseling community and corporate trainings. The world’s 100 large enterprises make use of MBTI as an assessment tool for employee’s development and improvement of communication and organizational effectiveness. In this dissertation, a case study on Company A is to explore if MBTI can bring a positive impact on team dynamic, management and individual performances. The results showed that a number of managers in Company A have given their positive comments on MBTI. They considered MBTI personality type assessment tool was able to analyze employees’ personality types, it not only increased employees’ self-awareness but awareness of others to further improve miscommunication in the past, and promote the efficiency of teamwork. MBTI exercised by Company A for years has helped to improve management performance with less efforts in the organization.
