本論文主要由實驗量測結果判斷,具有半迴轉運動旋梭機構的縫紉機其最主要的振動與噪音來源。由量測實驗的結果顯示縫紉機兩大主要噪音源,皆與縫紉機三大機構系統中的旋梭機構有關。縫紉機在2500rpm的轉速下,兩大主要噪音源中1000Hz附近的噪音,並不會隨著縫紉機轉速的變化而有所改變。經由實驗驗證知道1000Hz 附近的噪音,主要來自縫紉機機構運作時所產生的衝擊性振動,引發機構附近板件的自然頻率而大量輻射出噪音。1500 Hz 附近的噪音則與轉速有關,且由實驗結果知道主要來自齒輪。為了改善縫紉機的振動與噪音,本論文配合數值模擬的結果,建議以:(1)改善旋梭機構軌道的潤滑、(2)減小推動器與旋梭間的間隙量、(3)妥善安裝推動器,等方案來降低縫紉機的振動與噪音。依此方案改善後實際量測的結果顯示,改善方案將縫紉機整體的噪音量由84dB(A)降為80dB(A)降低4dB(A),振動量降低45%,至2G以下。
