2016-2018年為企業內部重整及股東架構最終確認期，在2018年底，開始了2017年所確認的武漢市大型戶聯小鎮開發案，來開始改造這個22年的企業，並重新導軌至正確的航向。
全世界的房地產是經濟週期之母。經濟的四個階段可以明顯地分出房地產帶來的經濟效益，無論在是未發展、已發展國家，房地產業數據對世界經濟的宏觀極為重要。
