隨著科技的進步,近年來仿生機器人的相關研究也變的熱門許多,現在已有各種不同的仿生魚類機器人,然而這些機器人在水中的運動卻還是不如實際生物來的流暢。
過去針對水中魚類運動進行探討的學者為了計算上的方便,多半將其模擬之生物視為等速度運動,然而生物體本身的運動應該是自由不受拘束的,因而本文希望藉由模擬真實的魚在水中的游泳運動過程,探討其流場變化,而魚類這類具備複雜且不規則形狀物體之模擬,在數值流體力學領域當中是相當不容易的。
本文進行吳郭魚自由游動之流場計算,其身形即滿足不規則形狀之要件,並且模擬出吳郭魚游泳過程中的速度場與壓力場,再利用模擬出來的升力與阻力系數的變化,來了解吳郭魚如何運用其身形的擺動在水中運動。此方法也成功解決不規則形狀之移動問題,對於未來其他任意形狀之物體的流場模擬將有效獲得答案。
