    • 本論文旨在探討設立連鎖健保特約藥局的導因與分析。首先，將從全民健保制度的發展及重點出發，說明政府對設立健保特約藥局的重要性。接著，探討連鎖藥局與獨立藥局的區別，以及連鎖藥局的定義與特色。然後，將介紹日本、美國、中國、韓國和台灣等國家的連鎖藥局現況，以了解全球連鎖藥局發展的趨勢。最後，本研究將針對新竹縣市﹑苗栗縣和台中市的健保特約藥局進行診療人次統計分析，以了解設立連鎖健保特約藥局對於地區健康照護的影響。
    透過本研究，可以進一步了解健保特約藥局在全民健保體系中扮演的重要角色，以及連鎖藥局的發展趨勢和優勢。此外，診療人次統計分析也可以提供政府和相關單位進行政策制定和資源分配的參考依據。最終，本研究的結果可提供健保特約藥局經營者、相關學術研究者和相關單位參考，以促進健保特約藥局的發展，提高地區居民的健康水平。

    This paper aims to explore the causes and analysis of establishing chain pharmacies under the National Health Insurance (NHI) system. Firstly, the development and focus of the NHI system will be explained to illustrate the importance of the government's establishment of NHI-contracted pharmacies. Then, the differences between chain pharmacies and independent pharmacies, as well as the definition and characteristics of chain pharmacies, will be discussed. Next, the current status of chain pharmacies in countries such as Japan, the United States, China, South Korea, and Taiwan will be introduced to understand the global trend of chain pharmacy development. Finally, this study will conduct statistical analysis of medical visits at NHI-contracted pharmacies in Hsinchu City, Miaoli County, and Taichung City to understand the impact of establishing chain NHI-contracted pharmacies on regional healthcare.
    Through this study, it is possible to further understand the important role played by NHI-contracted pharmacies in the NHI system, as well as the development trends and advantages of chain pharmacies. In addition, statistical analysis of medical visits can provide a reference basis for policy-making and resource allocation for the government and related units. Ultimately, the results of this study can provide reference for NHI-contracted pharmacy operators, relevant academic researchers, and related units to promote the development of NHI-contracted pharmacies and improve the health level of residents in the region.
