物理衝突代表在同一系統中之同一參數有兩相異需求無法被同時滿足,為衝突之核心。傳統萃智(發明問題解決理論)為利用分離原則與滿足或或忽略的方法去解決物理衝突。而後許棟樑與葉俐靖發展參數展開與操作手法,得以更有效率地化解物理衝突。本研究發展一系列系統性方法,基於功能與裝置的關連,辨識於參數轉移與轉換階段一般未考慮的資源,而正向功能關連為利用相似的功能辨識可用資源以解決問題;反向功能關連為辨識能夠避免、移除物理衝突所造成的不利點,或使此不利點失效、降低其影響力,進而解決物理衝突。而裝置關連為系統化地辨識問題系統中的物理元件做為資源以化解問題。而本研究設計一系列之思惟啟發問句,以激發使用者於與效應知識庫相關連的潛在資源中辨識出解題想法。
本研究貢獻包含:(1)基於功能與裝置關聯以及效應知識庫發展出一套思惟啟發問句,以辨識於參數轉移與轉換中未考慮的資源;(2)建立標準程序,表格和案例,以便於實際使用。
Physical contradiction can be defined as two contradictory demands placing on the same parameter of the same system. It is at the core of a contradiction. Traditional TRIZ (Thoery of Inventive Problem Solving) uses Separation Principles and Satisfying/By-pasing methods to solving physical contradictions. Sheu and Yeh developed Parameter Deployment and Parameter Manipulations to resolve physical contraditions more effectively. This research developed a set of systematic methods to identify normally unexpected resources for parameter transfer and transition to solve physical contradictions based on function and device associations. The positive function association refers to identifying resources having capability to perform similar
function to solve problem. The negative function association referes to identifying resources which can avoid, remove, nullify, or be insensitive to the dis-advantages caused by the physical
contradiction thus resolving the physical contradiction. The device association refers to systematically identifying physical components around the problem system as resources for problem solving. Sets of Thought Provoking Questions were thus designed to ask potential resources to stimulate problem solving ideas in association with effect datadase.
The contributions of this research include: (1) Developing a set of Thought Provoking Questions based on function and device associations and effect database to identify unexpected resources for parameter transfer/transition; (2) Establishing standard procedures, forms, and case examples to facilitate practical usage.
