  • 在瞬息萬變的環境,企業必須應對每天的挑戰,在Covid-19新冠肺炎疫情以及中美貿易戰影響,更面臨著與日俱增的壓力。現今企業想要生存,並擺脫此困境,都必須要思考創新策略,提高經營績效,以及可持續的核心競爭力。要實現創新策略,必須從組織變革過程著手,這是組織因應外部環境變化之常態。企業家或高階管理團隊是影響組織績效的關鍵因素,更是創新變革成敗的關鍵。企業家決定了企業的目標和願景,並負責建立團隊,在企業內部推動創新變革。企業家亦必須協助組織,為團隊互動創造積極以及良性競爭的環境,鼓勵團隊開展航向與縱向溝通,並且進行跨組織合作,從而實現團隊目標。因此,本研究關注企業的領導者在制定與執行創新策略時,如何在因應劇烈變化的環境下,協助企業成功創新的關鍵因素是什麼?
    本研究旨在探討零售產業的領導者如何在企業轉型升級的創新過程中制定成功的經營策略,主要運用FD公司作為個案研究,具體分析與探討企業如何通過重組、轉型、升級等創新策略提升企業的績效表現,並達到永續經營,來證明創新策略可以帶給企業實質利益,並探討企業在創新升級的過程中,面臨的挑戰與瓶頸及如何克服的方法,以做為其他公司參考該企業創新經營策略模式。本研究同時也能幫助企業領導人在制定經營策略時,考慮企業成功創新的關鍵因素,讓創新成功因素與企業經營策略保持協調穩定,成功制定提升企業之核心競爭力的策略和目標。此外,為了艱鉅的企業創新任務成為一項明確且可控管的任務,本研究也希望通過個案展示,讓企業了解如何將能夠幫助創新的關鍵因素納入組織的各個面向,並轉化為目標、策略、文化和習慣,以及相關管理實踐。


    In a rapidly changing environment, companies must be able to manage and overcome their daily challenges. The Covid-19 pandemic and the impact of the US-China trade war intensifies the pressure. Currently, if companies want to survive and remove this predicament, they must develop innovative strategies, focus on business performance improvements and sustain their core competency.
    In order to realize an innovative strategy, we must start from the organizational change process, which is the normal state of the organization in response to changes in the external environment.
    Entrepreneur or senior management team is a key factor affecting organizational performance, and it is the key to the success or failure of innovation and change. Entrepreneurs determine the goals and vision of the company, and are responsible for building a team to promote innovation and change within the company. Entrepreneurs must also assist the organization to create a positive and healthy competition environment for team interaction, encourage the team to carry out directional and vertical communication, and conduct cross-organizational cooperation to achieve team goals. Therefore, this research focuses on how the leaders of an enterprise can respond to the drastic changes in the development and implementation of innovation strategies, and what are the key factors that assist the enterprise in successful innovation? This research aims to explore how the leaders of the retail industry formulate successful business strategies in the innovation process of corporate transformation and upgrading. It mainly uses FD companies as a case study to specifically analyze and explore how companies can improve their companies through innovative strategies such as restructuring, transformation, and upgrading. To prove that the innovation strategy can bring substantial benefits to the enterprise, and to discuss the challenges and bottlenecks faced by the enterprise in the process of innovation and upgrading and how to overcome it, so as to serve as a reference for other companies. Innovative business strategy model. This research can also help business leaders to consider the key factors for successful innovation of the business when formulating business strategies, keep the innovation success factors in coordination with business strategies, and successfully formulate strategies and goals to enhance the core competitiveness of the business. In addition, in order for the arduous task of corporate innovation to become a clear and controllable task, this research also hopes to demonstrate through case studies to enable companies to understand how to incorporate key factors that can help innovation into all aspects of the organization, and transform them into goals and strategies.
