  • 在科技持續發展的現如今,磁性元件的重要性與需求與日俱增,然
    而在需求增長的情況下,產業內的競爭也越發劇烈,本論文旨在探
    討身為磁性元件領域五金塑膠配件廠的J 公司如何運用SWOT、五力
    分析及BCG 等相關管理工具,分析產業環境,並了解J 公司的產業
    定位後,進行技術升級與創新活動,以應對不斷變化的經營環境。
    通過深入分析J公司的業務環境、產業特性和內外部影響因素,本
    論文提出一系列具體的策略和實施方案,包括創新技術應用、市場
    與產品多元化以及人才與組織變革等。透過這些策略的有效實施,
    J公司有望提升其競爭力,增加市場份額,從而實現可持續發展。

    In the context of continuous technological development, the importance
    and demand for magnetic components are increasing daily. However, as
    demand grows, competition within the industry becomes more intense.
    This thesis aims to explore how J Company, a hardware and plastic parts
    manufacturer in the magnetic components sector, can utilize SWOT
    analysis, Five Forces analysis, and the BCG matrix, among other
    management tools, to analyze the industry environment and understand J
    Company's industry positioning. Subsequently, it will address
    technological upgrades and innovative activities to adapt to the everchanging
    business environment. Through an in-depth analysis of J
    Company's business environment, industry characteristics, and internal
    and external influencing factors, this thesis proposes a series of specific
    strategies and implementation plans, including the application of
    innovative technologies, market and product diversification, and talent
    and organizational transformation. By effectively implementing these
    strategies, J Company is expected to enhance its competitiveness,
    increase its market share, and achieve sustainable development.
