近年來隨著科技的進步與顧客消費型態的改變,具個人化特質的產品或服務越來越受到顧客的喜愛,而企業也意識到這個趨勢的來臨,為了要能夠永續的經營,在考量兼具低成本、高效率與個人化的情況下,大量客製化的生產模式也就應運而生。
大量客製化是一種企業經營的概念,主要是以顧客為導向的生產模式,要成功的導入大量客製化,首先需要選擇適當的供應鏈策略,同時搭配其它相關的輔助工具,如模組化設計、模組化製程及標準化、產品線合理化、延遲化策略、推拉式策略、敏捷的供應網路等,以達成大量客製化的目標,企業可藉由模組化設計來縮短研發時程;模組化製程及標準化來降低前置時間;產品線合理化來消除無利潤的產品;延遲化策略來降低製造成本;推拉式策略來降低庫存成本;敏捷的供應網路來提昇快速應變的能力,並透過適當的供應鏈策略來強化整個價值鏈快速反應的能力。
本研究蒐集了專家學者提出的看法及其他產業導入大量客製化的做法,再輔以國內投影機產業的現況、未來發展及面臨的問題點,歸納出七個投影機產業導入大量客製化的步驟,從模組化設計、供應鏈設計、模組化製程及標準化、產品線合理化、延遲化策略的執行、推拉式生產策略到建立快速的網路系統,從供應端、製造端到需求端,整個供應鏈都涵蓋在大量客製化的範圍內,同時再以P公司推行大量客製化的做法及成果來驗證這七個步驟的可行性,並提出相關的結論與建議,做為國內投影機產業或其它產業實施大量客製化之參考。
