  • 本研究建立一個以整合性優質設計為基礎的知識庫系統平台,並且針對筆記型電腦產業的新產品開發流程做架構設計。此知識庫利用整合性優質設計(Design For multiple X)的概念,透過此知識庫設計,可以針對新產品設計流程提供跨功能部門審閱,將各部門的流程衝突清楚呈現,並且改善、增加跨功能部門溝通效率。
    本研究以筆記型電腦產業的新產品開發流程為例,貢獻有二:(1) 建立以整合性優質設計為基礎的知識庫當中共同的知識分類架構設計、資訊流程以及資料轉移架構;(2) 設計知識庫系統實體架構,讓知識庫系統與跨功能部門設計審閱平台做連結,使得知識庫系統能夠正確的被建立。


    The study established a prototype knowladge base system to support a system based on an integrated Design For eXcellence (DFX) framework for new product introduction process of notebook industries. The system supports the concept of Design For multiple X by providing a framework for cross-functional reviews of new product design process in order to improve the cross-functional communications and expose the corss-functional conflicts through the integrated design for excellence review platform.
    Using product introduction processes in notebook computer industry as an example, contributions of the work include: (1) Designing a knowledge classification scheme, the information flow, and data transformation scheme to support a DFX-based knowledge system; (2) Implementing a prototype knowledge base system to support a related cross-functional design review platform.
