本研究開發了一套系統化的流程,利用萃智商業趨勢辨識商業策略並且作為想法刺激的工具協助商業模式的開發,通過將商業模式要項的屬性與商業趨勢的功能屬性特徵進行比較,可以辨認適用的萃智商業趨勢並將其用於刺激商業策略的辨識,以支持商業模式的要項。本研究使用一組系統化的刺激思維問句包括5W1H1G,以激發商業策略辨識的想法。
本研究的貢獻如下 : (1)提出一組利用商業模式要項及萃智商管趨勢,以辨識商業策略的創新流程; (2)修改整合Souchkov 和 Mann的商業屬性,並辨識及定義每個萃智演化趨勢階段的特徵功能屬性; (3)建立一套完整的流程、表單、說明和案例來協助使用者系統化辨識商業策略。
This research developed a set of systematic process to identify business strategy using TRIZ business trends as idea stimulators to support business model development. By comparing the attributes of business model elements with function-attribute characterictics of business trends, applicable business trends can be identified and used to stimulate business strategies identification toward supporting business model elements. A set of systematic thought-provoking questions, including 5W1H1G questions, can be used to stimulate ideas for business strategy identification.
The contributions of this study include: (1) Proposing a set of innovative business strategy identification process using business model elements and TRIZ management trends; (2) Identifying and defining the functional attributes of each evolutionary trend using integrated business attributes from Valeri Souchkov and Darrell Mann; (3) Establishing a complete set of processes, forms, descriptions and cases to help users systematically identify business strategies.
