本創作論述《哀生》,以筆者從年幼時家庭旅遊所接觸大自然的感受為出發點,進而對現階段科技發展以及快速變遷的社會環境下所產生的反思。透過成長中的心路歷程與生活中的觀察,運用木藝創作的實踐將對於自然的嚮往表現出來,同時探討木藝創作所帶來的影響。
筆者以蒐集到的相關論文文獻和書目進行分析與探討,從過去的修補工藝「金繕」和「鋦瓷」對舊物的惜物精神,探討現今快速時尚的浪費;以舊木的自然與人為所產生的殘缺作為切入點,透過「日本美學」中對於物的知曉和知性──「物哀」進行研究,再從「侘寂」探討物質經由時空變化所產生的殘缺與肌理給人帶來的美學層次鑑賞的感受;而「格式塔心理學」則將前述兩者美學中對物的感受,反推為來自內心的投射;最後以「情感設計」對以上所探討的學理作為總括,進入設計發想概念的理論探討。
筆者將所有學理概念和筆者自身的感悟,結合而成《哀生》的創作理念和表現形式,從筆者對於舊木的知物之心和知物之哀,以惜物的精神進行再利用的創作,輔以情感設計的反思設計。透過給予新生命的「生」的手法,進行創作。分別以「吹風機形式」、「循環風扇形式」、「微風扇」、「香道具」的形式作為本創作論述的作品呈現。
This creation discusses "Born of Sorrow", starting from the author's feelings of being in contact with nature when he was young in family travel, and then reflecting on the current technological development and the rapidly changing social environment. Through the spiritual growth and observation in life, the practices of using wooden creations will express the yearning for nature, and at the same time exploring the impacts of wooden creations.
The author analyzed and discussed the relevant papers and bibliographies collected. Discussed the waste of today's fast fashion from the spirit of cherishing in the repairing crafts of "Kintsukuroi" and "Juci" in the past; took the natural and man-made incompleteness of old wood as the starting point, through the "Japanese aesthetics" Cognition and Intellectuality of Objects——" Mono-aware" to conduct research, and then from "Wabi-sabi" to explore the incompleteness and texture of materials through the change of time and space to bring people the feeling of aesthetic appreciation; And "Gestalt Psychology" reverses the perception of objects in the aforementioned two aesthetics as a projection from the heart. Finally, the "emotional design" summarized the theoretical theories discussed above, and then started the theoretical discussion of the concept of design ideas
The author combined all the theoretical concepts and the author's own perception to form the creative concepts and expressions form of " Born of Sorrow ", from the author's heart of knowing things and sorrow of old wood. Reusing them with the spirit of cherishing, complemented by reflective design of emotional design, and created through the technique of "birth" that gave new life. The works presented in this creation discussion with the form of "hair dryer ", "circulation fan ", "micro fan", and "incense props".
